In many Organisations the Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay process is very similar to what it was in the 80’s and 90’s. The aim of this User Group session is to provide some guidance on techniques to drive efficiency and implement an automated payables process – something that any CFO would be proud of, and rely on to mitigate risk.
On average a payables clerk can be processing 14,000 invoices per annum, but we have seen anywhere from 9.000 to 18,000 for an FTE. Using AX we will help you understand how to drive a more paperless process, automate non-value steps and enforce governance to reduce maverick spend. Intergen will also have a customer share their recent experiences with change management requirements in the Purchasing area.
